Here's what Ends policies look like.

Boards should create their own original Ends policies, based on input from their moral/legal owners combined with board members' ENDS-300x193values and just plain old good information.

So we created these sample Ends policies for:

  • a Music Society
  • a Charter School
  • a Business Development Association
  • a For-Profit Corporation
  • a Municipality
  • an Environmental Organization
  • a Union
These organizations and examples are fictional, and are simply designed to illustrate the concept of Ends policies, consistent with Policy Governance® principles.
